The moment we receive a referral, a dedicated concierge reaches out to the patient directly — the same day. We verify coverage, gather prior records and imaging, and get them on the calendar with the right specialist. If they need transportation to get there, we arrange it.
One Point of Contact, Start to Finish
Every patient is assigned one concierge who stays with them through the entire case — not a rotating call center.
Coordinated Treatment
When treatment requires a specialist, an injection, or surgery, we handle the coordination — scheduling, provider communication, and keeping the patient informed and supported before and after every procedure.
